Using fun and stimulating exercises, students will grow in their confidence as writers, in their capacity to think creatively and independently, and in their ability to write poetry and prose. Students will have the opportunity to write original pieces and read their work to their peers and instructors for feedback in “workshop.” They will then work on revisions to improve their first drafts. “Workshopping” will be the focus of the second half of the camp week.
